When these compounds come into contact with the skin, they send signals to fibroblasts through growth factors such as TGF-\u03b2 and Smad proteins, stimulating a 20\u201330% increase in the production of type I collagen and fibronectin. Most remarkable is its intelligent dual action: while it promotes the formation of new collagen to support wound closure, it also induces the Smad 7 protein, which helps restrain uncontrolled over-proliferation and thereby reduces the risk of keloid or hypertrophic scarring.<\/p>\n

Thanks to these properties, it is one of the most valuable ingredients for addressing post-pregnancy stretch marks, repairing the skin after laser treatments or chemical peels, and significantly improving venous insufficiency and ulcers.<\/p>\n
